Two years, from the day you buy it.

VoltéLift warrants to the original purchaser that the VoltéLift device and all included components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty covers any item included in your VoltéLift purchase that is found to be defective under normal use. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended uses described in the Instructions for Use
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
• Damage caused by improper storage
• Damage caused by water, liquids, or chemical exposure
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
• Devices purchased from unauthorized third party sellers

If your VoltéLift device is found to be defective during the Warranty Period and your warranty claim is approved, VoltéLift will at its sole discretion either repair or replace the defective device or component with a device or component of equal or better quality. VoltéLift does not offer refunds as a warranty remedy. Repaired or replaced devices will be covered by the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

To initiate a warranty claim please follow these steps:

1. Ensure your device is registered on the VoltéLift app
2. Contact us at support@voltelift.com with your registered account email address, a description of the defect, and photos or video demonstrating the issue
3. Our customer service team will review your claim within 5 business days and notify you of approval or denial
4. If your claim is approved you will receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions
5. Ship the defective device to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by VoltéLift
6. Upon receipt and inspection of the defective device VoltéLift will repair or replace it and return it to you at no charge

Please do not return any device without an approved RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who registered the device on the VoltéLift app. It does not apply to subsequent owners of the device.

This warranty applies to VoltéLift devices purchased from VoltéLift.com and authorized VoltéLift retailers. Devices purchased from unauthorized third party sellers are not covered by this warranty. If you are unsure whether your retailer is authorized please contact us at support@voltelift.com.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THE VOLTELIFT DEVICE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. VOLTELIFT'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE DEVICE OR COMPONENT. VOLTELIFT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE DEVICE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you.
